When the model was ready to leave, I snapped a couple of reference shots to share with my other painters.  That evening I spent another 2 hours in the studio working from the photo reference I took to bring the sketch below further to fruition. Adding the dark to the right of the figure brought out the reflective light on the right of her face to better describe her jaw area.

The Laramie Art Guild invited a live model to pose for use this past week. This is the 16"x 20" sketch I did in 2 hours from the live model.
