Chef


A small group of artists gets together once a month to work from a live model. We chose to have this man dress in a chef's costume and this was my resultant watercolor sketch.

Model with Boa


I glazed more depth into the colors of the acrylics and made less emphasis on the model's arms in order to place more emphasis on her face. Acrylic, 16x20"

Rising Phoenix


I had an abstract landscape into which I added an image from an art instruction book. I also added a few stencils. I think the additions were an improvement. 30"x40" acrylic on canvas

Dreaming of Jamaica


Our local art guild had an extremely handsome man from Jamaica pose for us and he wore the colors of his national flag. I used these as inspiration for his portrait study.

Nowhere to Hide
