Bright sunshine on an icy cold & slightly windy Wyoming day. Did this pastel in my studio, avoiding the seb-zero chill factor.

I could not resist drawing this ebony beauty from Kenya. She is ethnically stunning. I put her in a wonderful primitive frame with museum glass.

This was the first pastel I did in Mike Beeman's portrait workshop. I had a terrific time & learned a lot. I have never really drawn people before. Sometimes I feel I ride in on a horse of a totally different color, but to each his own.
