SOLD to a collector from Gillette, WYIn Wyoming I really hate to have paintings called landscapes. I would rather consider many as SKYscapes. The funny thing about this large pastel was that everyone kept asking me if I ever "did" antelope. Finally, in desperation. I sharpened a few NuPastels to a point & with a few quick lines added a few antelope. I did not want to switch my subject from sky to animal. Afterwards, I could point to these tiny bits of color & say, "See, I "do" antelope."
