Pink Pig

4" x 6" acrylic on canvas panel.
This cookie jar sits on my kitchen counter.
I have been trying to paint several of these small
items a week. They go quickly and
still allow me to concentrate on larger items.

Red Grapes and Silver Bowl

Original acrylic, 4" x  6" on canvas panel
While teaching I greatly neglected the production of my own artwork.
I am now trying to get back into my old work ethic
and paint in the studio on a  regular and predictable daily basis.

Shadow Study

In this scumbling demon-stration, I wanted to show how subtle colors could be added, and a very simple subject could become quite challenging. Oil on panel, 6x6".

Levitation

This quick sketch received a bit of whimsy when I purposely placed the shadow in such a manner that the strawberry raised from the substrate.

Key Limes & Clementines

This watercolor is my entry into the Wyoming Watercolor Society's Southeastern show to be held at Gallery Westin Laramie. I produced this with a 1/2" flat brush with individual strokes. Do NOT do this if you are afraid of those permanent squint/frown lines.
